The truck leaked water all over our stuff. The location was confusing with vague directions for a first time user. We couldn't get the website to send us a code for the lock box. Eventually we found a phone number for assistance, took 45 min. And ..it would only allow us to drop off the truck at a location 6 hours away! We had to call for assistance overriding that prompt as well!

kevin bThe location was completely different than what I booked and it was extremely difficult to find. The check in and check out process was extremely difficult as well. Nothing was easy and it required two employees to help figure it out. I will never use or recommend U-Haul.

Joshua RWe dropped the truck off a day early at about 3pm. No staff was present but did receive a return phone call with in 5 minutes regarding drop off procedure. Slightly difficult to find location. Bigger & more signs.
