Truck interior was not swept, gas gauge was lower than what was indicated in the contract, none of the rented equipment was present in the truck.
Ryan THad booked for a different location. Wasn’t notified of change until I was on the phone w U-Haul (no one was at the original location) at that location at time of pickup. That was annoying AF. Y’all have my number, you can’t text “we’ve changed your pickup location”.
adam nThere wasn’t garbage or anything like that but you could tell it wasn’t vacuumed. It had sand and pine needles. It was kinda dusty. It was parked with the back tires on a slight curb so when pulled level the gas gage went down. So the amount of fuel was less than the paperwork said. All in all the guys were pleasant to work with. We did get a discount when we delivered it to a location where trucks were needed.
