I wanted the trailer at 8:00am. Uhaul switched me to a location that didn’t open until 10:00am. I don’t mind the switch but would appreciate more attention to detail on the time.
Mark OThey were putting furniture together and you had to walk around it to get to staff.
Heather VTruck interior was not swept, gas gauge was lower than what was indicated in the contract, none of the rented equipment was present in the truck.
Ryan THad booked for a different location. Wasn’t notified of change until I was on the phone w U-Haul (no one was at the original location) at that location at time of pickup. That was annoying AF. Y’all have my number, you can’t text “we’ve changed your pickup location”.
