It would have been better to have counter service, unfortunately the remote service almost didn’t work for me. The keys were inside the truck and I couldn’t gain access to the instructions in the U-Haul app. because the system crashed.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCouldn’t get ahold of anyone to help or answer questions I had!
Patricia BI brought the truck back cleaner than I got it and was still charged a $25 clean up fee. I was also charged for 2 extra miles even though I picked the truck up where U'Haul recommended, loaded the truck at the address that I stated on the reservation, drove straight to the location that I stated on the reservation and returned the truck to the drop off that U-Haul recommended. I disputed this charge. I missed a call from someone at U-Haul in Tulsa named Chris. I called him back the next day and left a message. I then called again on the following day and again left a message. No reply. I then received an invoice for $27.19. I will not be using U'Haul ever again.
