This is my second time renting two different type trailers in the past two months. Each experiences provided great customer service both on the phone and at the actual pick up locations. The entire process was smooth, the rates were very fair and the equipment was in excellent working condition.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot a darn thing to improve, Tim made this move the easiest - a lot of things can go wrong with a big move but Tim made sure we had everything we needed and more!
Dawn MGreat to work with!
Ken SWas able to do an after hours drop off, which was super convenient
Earle MI was most impressed how Tim went out of his way to find me some movers. He sensed my anxiety and really went the extra mile for me. In this day of AI, how reassuring that we still have and value our humanity in helping others.
