BILLIE GVery Friendly See Above ( we were returning it cleaner then how we picked it up ) Return center wanted to charge $10 to clean the cup holders We had vacuumed inside the cab and swept out the bed ( she wanted it mopped so my partner clean the inside of the cab with a towel and Windex and mopped the bed)
THOMAS MThe UHaul App functionality was very poor, the customer assistance was great! But when having issues using the app for pick up and drop off, having to reach out for customer service help it then did not translate to the app. It made the process very confusing. I felt it was very unorganized via UHaul app. Again, all customer service was top notch.
Katelyn LI have no comment but at frist I was a little be scared about driving the new van but once I got use to it I had no problem at all.
