SHARON LI have no issues with the location, but I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone after my experience with the reservation system. Getting notified the day before a move that the truck I reserved wasn't available at the location I reserved it and then being sent 30 miles away instead was a terrible experience. Paying an additional $100 dollars in mileage that wasn't budgeted in the move was also extremely infuriating - especially when I drove by the location I'd originally set my reservation up at and saw the truck I'd requested just sitting on the lot. ALL DAY. I will never use U-Haul again and will actively encourage others to use a different company in the future.
