I rented a pickup truck for 1 day, but the truck could not get over the ice at the end of the driveway. 2 buckets of sand and a day of chopping at the ice and the truck finally got out after 24 hours of rental. The safe move option, which I did not want to begin with and was charged for anyway, did no good in this situation. They wanted to charge me 450 dollars to help get the truck out of the driveway. Not even possible as I am on a fixed income and strapped for cash as it is. The truck did not have anyone waiting to rent it. I asked about a discount since I needed another day. This was denied. Also, I have pictures of the truck after cleaning it. They still charged me for cleaning. Not sure why. There are no complimentary miles at rental, just full price for miles used from the start. I will never use UHaul again. They are only interested in the dollar, not the customer service.
Irene BI dropped off the equipment the day before it was due but they never checked it in until an hour before it was due. They then charged a cleaning fee for a truck that was wet because of snow that was tracked in

POCCO RI am thrilled with the service at Sandy's and daughter self storage. While removing my trailer Tim noticed my hitch was damaged and wires hanging exposed to weather where they should not be.He went above and beyond and looked into when I got it installed and found out I had a lifetime warranty to get it fixed. I can tell he cares about customers safety and I'd a stand up guy and a exemplary example of good customer service wish I had 100 stars to give!
