Rob MOverall, my experience was good and I had no issues with the truck itself. The only concern I had was that the truck was provided with the fuel level slightly below half a tank. When I returned it at the same level, the return location advised me that I should have requested the truck be filled before leaving the pickup location. Unfortunately, I was charged approximately $26 for the fuel discrepancy. It would be helpful if trucks were provided with a full tank or if customers were clearly informed of their options at pickup to avoid this kind of confusion.
David LI was charged a cleaning fee after dropping off the uhaul, when I cleaned and swept out the uhaul.
