I’ve rented multiple times from other locations and have never dealt with “ hidden” fees. My overall total was 72.41 but my charges amount was 90.91? How is that when looking at the breakdown on the app that they push on you now you don’t see it. When you pull up the digital copy you don’t see it. I had to dig other ways and found out I got charged a cleaning fee but cleaning for what! The truck came back the same way it was picked up. I could see if I got charged after the fact if they found something but the app ask for pictures specifically for this matter and yet I got. Charged automatically doesn’t make any sense.
