Carleatha Lplease fix the app it’s terrible, it didn’t allow me to take pictures on the app, and the process took forever. there needs to be a fix for ease of service. i think i will never rent a uhaul again. it used to be easy, now it seems like yall do anything to squeeze more money out of folks.
