I booked a Uhual truck and trailer to travel from Iowa to Texas. Two days before the move, Uhual called to inform me they were 'overbooked' for the trailer we had requested over two weeks prior. I had to drive two hours round trip with a diesel truck to acquire the trailer a day before I had access to the Uhual truck, so I had to just eat the costs for fuel. It also added time to move that already took 17 hours. I was informed there would be a discount because of the hassle. It didn't happen. I will not be using Uhual in the future if this isn't resolved.
