Place was a dump. The owner was very nice, put it had junk everywhere

Rick and Karen provided exceptional customer service. I believe they went above and beyond the other U-haul dealers that I contacted. When I went to pick up the equipment Rick was inspecting the equipment and addressing some of the issues he had concerns with. He also went over the proper use of the equipment and even watched me do some test runs to make sure I knew how to everything properly…while I was on my trip Rick called to see how things were going and if I needed anything else. I would say Rick and Karen are great representatives of u haul
