THOMAS HThe owners, Rick and Karen, were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I spoke with Rick regarding renting a truck and he answered all of my questions. When I finally had a moving date I booked the truck rental over the phone with Karen. She made it so easy. Upon arrival to pick up the truck, Rick had the truck ready for me. He walked me thru all the necessary details involving the contract, drop-off and everything I needed to know about the truck, driving the truck and who to call if I needed roadside assistance.
