JAMES SThe person who at the counter who completed the reservation was rude and passive aggressive. I told them that I was only going 3-4 miles and they charged me for 20, explaining that I would only be charged for what I drove. There is very little lighting where the trucks are parked, making it very unsafe at night in that neighborhood. I know that because I also reside a few blocks from this location.
SHERRITTA HDid not interact with anyone here, but the location itself was not clean. The location where the trucks are to be returned had a lot of garbage laying around.
