Great service. Able to use the cargo van and have it back before closing on Saturday.
RUTH BDid not like the app experience. Took a half an hour out of our time to just get the keys. Didn’t realize there was no person to deal with. Van needed to be vacuumed inside, but other than that, it got the job done.
Brenda TThe requirement to take photos and upload them to the app seemed ridiculous and too complicated. This was the worst part of the experience and took more time than it should have to complete the rental agreement. Please do something about this, stop making this a requirement. Thank you.
Paul SThe whole process was very good even though I got stuck in the mud they had a tow company come out within 30 minutes and get the truck and load share trailer unstuck. I would recommend U-Haul to everyone!!!!!!
