ROBERT AU-haul clerk tried but was unable to print a HARD copy of final version of the contract. (I believe the clerk had no option to help me.) ARE YOU LISTENING U-HAUL? My request for a hard copy at ANYTIME shouldn't be a problem - if an international revision to your software needs to be created, so be it - GET ON IT, NOW! Peace.
