Picked up the truck none of the extras were in the truck, 2 dollies, 1 furniture dolly, and blankets. The trucks headlights were very dim and pointing way up in the sky not on the road. Whe. I raised my concerns and asked to make sure I received a refund for the extra items the sooke location said to talk to the drop off location and the drop off location told me to talk to the sooke location what an absolute joke no one took any responsibility or even tried to sort out the issue
Stephen GThe truck had mold all through out the cab, all over the cup holder, seat belt and on the sides of the seat. We traveled from BC to Alberta and the tires were almost bald. It was dangerous to rent that truck to anyone.

Monica RAs a review for UHaul as a company, I would love it if winter tires were an option for these trucks in the winter. I would have paid a premium to have winter tires on the truck to go up north.
