Sooke tools is confusing as there is another business in town,this location is going into town
barry sPre-booked the truck with a utility dolly for my move. When I arrived, no dolly was available at the location. The customer service representative was unfriendly, offered no solutions, and did not attempt to help out. The shop should have more items in stock, or it should call customers in advance if the order cannot be fulfilled. When signing the truck out, the customer service rep, gave me the receipt, but made no attempts to help me use the app. When I asked what the next steps were, they just said, "Check your email." I was very disappointed with this experience, the shop, and the customer service rep. As a result, my move took several hours longer because they did not have the dolly I requested, nor did I have adequate time to make alternative arrangements.
