The truck was generally in good order when I picked it up. However, there was a slick of motor oil and dirt on the floor. I noticed this when I was carrying my first item into the truck: it was very, very slippery and thus a severe safety risk. So, before I or anyone else loaded any more furniture/boxes, I spent a few minutes making sure the floor was safe. No big deal, but could have been a VERY big deal for your company if someone had slipped and hit their head - a legal "slam dunk," so to speak: waivers do not cover negligence on the part of the vendor. When I returned the vehicle, I told the young man there about the oil to which he replied, "Yeah well, the turn around is so fast here, we cannot spend 5 hours cleaning a truck." Wrong answer. The answer should have been something like this: "Really? Ok, thanks for letting us know, I will make sure we clear up what happened during turnaround so that we don't put customers at risk in the future."

Katherine HMaybe have more then a quarter tank of gas in the truck. On cold starts engine had a miss fire causing it to barely stay running. No power when going uphill, the truck couldn't even maintain speed
Kevin WGood day, This is the second time that we have rented from this facility. In both times the vehicle was not filled with gas despite the attendant telling us it was filled with gas. As an example, we drove approx 22km in the vehicle and when we went to fill it up, it took almost 30 litres of fuel. I know the fuel economy is not great, but I highly doubt that we used 30 litres of fuel. This tells me the employees are not verifying that the vehicles a actually filled by the previous person (there is a gas station 600 meters away). The only reason I rented here was due to the location. It is the closest and I don't want to pay for extra kilometers. Thank-you, Joe
