Great customer service. They hooked up the trailer for me and was ready to go. Showed up to return the trailer and my bill was emailed to me right away.
JUSTIN RI would not recommend the Victoria topaz location to anyone. There was one of the worse experiences Thank you Sooke location for fixing the problems
Tasha TPrior to giving out a tool can you please either make mention, the price of the rental or charge for it prior to leaving the store so there is no surprises when bringing the tool back. Assumed this was a no charge since I had already paid for my rental and left the store with the tool, and little did I know there was a charge for it on return. Thanks and that's it.
