Didn’t have my truck or any of the rental furniture I reserved.
KAYLEIGH MThe truck was generally in good order when I picked it up. However, there was a slick of motor oil and dirt on the floor. I noticed this when I was carrying my first item into the truck: it was very, very slippery and thus a severe safety risk. So, before I or anyone else loaded any more furniture/boxes, I spent a few minutes making sure the floor was safe. No big deal, but could have been a VERY big deal for your company if someone had slipped and hit their head - a legal "slam dunk," so to speak: waivers do not cover negligence on the part of the vendor. When I returned the vehicle, I told the young man there about the oil to which he replied, "Yeah well, the turn around is so fast here, we cannot spend 5 hours cleaning a truck." Wrong answer. The answer should have been something like this: "Really? Ok, thanks for letting us know, I will make sure we clear up what happened during turnaround so that we don't put customers at risk in the future."

Katherine HMaybe have more then a quarter tank of gas in the truck. On cold starts engine had a miss fire causing it to barely stay running. No power when going uphill, the truck couldn't even maintain speed
