Vendor employee needed my assistance to get the trailer attached to my truck. During previous Uhaul trailer rentals, I was told I am not allowed to assist in any way due to liability reasons. During the duration of the rental, we encountered the winter storms that shut down I80. We ran over our rental and it was extended as expected. When I came out of the mountains and recieved signal, I received a text from the Uhaul system to call the 815 number listed within 24 hours or the equipment will be reported as stolen. They made one call to my number and made zero calls to the emergency contact listed who could have resolved this entire situation. This unprofessional communication was sent from a company that has multiple storage units of mine, way more than I care to admit. Uhaul corporate got involved due to the improper text messages and lack of communication, however did nothing else to help make the situation right. If you have to rent with Uhaul do not rent from the smaller non-Uhaul shops that are doing it as a side business. Stay with a Uhaul shop that is their sole business. As for Best Of Beloit Vintage Mall, after how they treated me and their idea of follow up, I will not give them any more of my business.

JOHN DI was told one price then charged another. I was also over charged by a day and the location refused to even try to fix it. They claimed that only u-haul could fix it. U haul was great to deal with but use a different pick up location unless you want to be over charged and treated rudely.
