The two women who handled my reservation were not trained properly. It took over an hour to complete the process. They had to call their boss 3 times. I was overcharged for the rental by $8 because I declined insurance but they charged me anyway. Their boss promised a refund when I returned the trailer. That didn’t happen. I’m very frustrated and angry. Do not rent from this location. This is the second year I have used this location, never again.

The people tried their best to be helpful. However I am very disappointed with U-Haul and expect a refund. Truck is supposed to measure: 26’2” x 8’1” x 8’3” L X W X H Door 7’9” The DOOR is 7’3” The max interior is 7’6” My item is 7’6” and did not fit through the door, making the trip and rental a waste.
