Your customer service line has to do a better job. I called was told it would be 5 minutes that turned into 40 minutes. Then was told that the sight for doing the check out with the pictures was redone to my phone so I could get started with the check out at the first time. It was not done so I couldn't get it straighten out .

I rented a van to pick up a dryer. They charged me the agreed upon rate. Today I opened up my account to see they charged me again for over $700!!!!!!! My account was overdrawn and now I have no money to eat. This has been the most stressful experience I’ve had to endure.
