My issue is not with the location. Issue I had was the U-Haul self pick up service not working correctly. Location did all they could to help.

I reserved the truck for 10am and didn't leave the location with the truck until almost noon. The lady behind the counter said it was due to their computer being slow or the uhaul website was slow and that it was loading. Then I got charged $22 in fuel even though I filled it up to where it was when I got the truck. I never got any paperwork either stating how much fuel I needed either. I will not be using this location for a uhaul again. Because of that 2 hour delay I didn't get done moving until midnight.
