We showed up to pick up the uhaul. It was there but not checked out by the place because it was dropped off late. We had to wait over an hour for them to open and to review the equipment. The lady was very rude at first. I did talk to the uhaul place and they mentioned a discount but we got nothing.

Jose VI read thru many reviews before landing on this location to pick up a trailer and im so glad I did. Not only is the store so cool, the staff was so friendly and inviting. Hannah was the one who got me all set up and she was so kind, patient and informative to me using my tow hitch for the first time. I was missing the light adapter for my car and she showed me what it was and what to ask for at the auto stores. Wonderful customer service, highly recommend.
