The people that I worked with in the phone and at the rental facility were great!!! The trailer was filthy and was hard to use because of all the dirt that was dried on it. The website is not user friendly!!!!!

Poor communication, staff didn't want to help and showed no sense if urgency.
YOLANDA YTerribly unfriendly, borderline rude at pick up. Truck is a mess. Cracked windshield, filthy. Back of truck had not been swept out. Trash from last mover. Ordered 5 dozen pads. Only had a half dozen. Told me no one in UHaul has that many pads. Worst UHaul service and equipment we have ever had
Darrell DI was charged for 6 gallons of fuel, and a surcharge. Also charged for an extra day i didnt use. I only put 11 miles on the truck, I put 1 gal of fuel back in before returning. How exactly can they justify charging me almost $80 for fuel?! And another $50 for the extra day because the truck was not checked in by 9am even though it was there the nifht before. I am owed roughly $130 for this
Justin dYour app did not activate my camera to complete the trailer return process. I had to work with the onsite agent to complete the process. Glad it was during their business hours.
