People handling the rental of the truck could not answer any questions pertaining to the rental. I was required to pick up from this location, even though I reserved from another location. This location was 20 miles further away from my load point. I asked if I would be given an extra 20 miles allowance due to this, not to mention extra fuel. They had no idea. I asked how tolls were handled since this location required a tollway to get to my loading spot whereas the original reservation location did not. They had no idea how tolls were handled. I never received a confirmation phone call the day before the rental to say that the location had been changed. Overall, a VERY poor experience.

Duke SYour customer service line has to do a better job. I called was told it would be 5 minutes that turned into 40 minutes. Then was told that the sight for doing the check out with the pictures was redone to my phone so I could get started with the check out at the first time. It was not done so I couldn't get it straighten out .
Marc TI rented a van to pick up a dryer. They charged me the agreed upon rate. Today I opened up my account to see they charged me again for over $700!!!!!!! My account was overdrawn and now I have no money to eat. This has been the most stressful experience I’ve had to endure.
