Molly S.The word lock used to lock the truck with the key inside was jammed. I sprained my wrist trying to get it open and the location itself was very bad with no place to park.
LOGAN C.Uhaul switched the location I had originally wanted to this location. The location was fine however it was further away which then caused me to go over my miles. I was not happy about that. Uhaul should consider this when switching locations on customers and give a credit toward mileage.
