Truck was dirty, there was trash in the truck, the attendent didn't know how to complete a checkout process so we had to wait 27 mintues for her husband/the manager to arrive before we could start the rental, and when we tried to check the truck back in he stated that the gas was lower than when we'd left with it, despite that we had before and after pictures taken from the same angle (verifiable with the mileage visiable and the angle verifable from the stickers on the console glass), and we were standing in a fucking literal gas station. I told him "okay, if you somehow think I'm short 0.15 gallons - I'll add a gallon. I have a gas can." And he says "no, it's $18." When I was verifiably not wrong. With all due respect, fuck him, fuck that location, and fuck u-haul.

JEWELENE FThe lady working when we dropped off U-Haul truck & car dolly was incredibly rude, disrespectful and way too angry to be working in customer service! She got mad cuz we didn’t park it exactly the way they had it originally. The guy who check us in lined up the truck and attached the trailer like they dare supposed to per paperwork. She started screaming at me very loudly cuz I parked it back where it was originally parked just not the way she wanted it. I remained calm and explained to her that I couldn’t park way she wanted but she keep screaming at me. I finally walked away and left with my partner. I will never be using this location ever again!!!
