By far, the easiest rental I have ever experienced... I did the online check-in beforehand so my wait time in the store was roughly only 2-3 minutes before I had the keys and was on my way. This was a tiny location, so only a couple of trucks were there and parked right next to the building for exceptionally easy access. I liked that this location is an actual gas station so refueling was available right on site. The store manager was attentive, polite and processed check-in and check-out quickly.

PEDRO SMy reservation got moved to a different location due to a truck break down. This location didn't have any of the equipment I reserved- dollies, moving blankets. It made moving very heavy, very old furniture a little difficult.
