This location told me their fuel was at the full level. When I got to the truck, I realized it was not and took a picture of it to show him. I put 5.00 of gas in, only drove a few miles, about 9 miles total. I filled it to where we needed to. I got my receipt and realized they changed me over 20.00 for fuel! I asked for the receipt at the location and he said he would email me. I am not happy at all and how they tried to be deceiving. I will dispute with my credit card.

EMMANUEL HBy far, the easiest rental I have ever experienced... I did the online check-in beforehand so my wait time in the store was roughly only 2-3 minutes before I had the keys and was on my way. This was a tiny location, so only a couple of trucks were there and parked right next to the building for exceptionally easy access. I liked that this location is an actual gas station so refueling was available right on site. The store manager was attentive, polite and processed check-in and check-out quickly.
