Truck (cab) was full of garbage (fast food / drinks). There was still boxes and trash in the box of the truck. The furniture dolly we pre-ordered was not there. We spoke to the location about the trash, boxes and missing dolly and there response was "not our problem, we don't clean them".
Jamie LI request a dolley and pay 10 dollars more for the request, they did not have one available and they still charge me for the dolley smh, they add extra 65$ more to the final check without letting me know what was the reason. I will never use UHaul again, will prefer to go and rent with enterprise.
Enrique QRude staff, not very helpful. Made me waste at least half the day that I needed to load the truck because they didn't know Uhaul sent me there to pick up the truck.
Berner SThe truck broke down the first day. We sat hours waiting for repair maintenance to arrive only to tell us hed have to talk to boss. After a few more hours of waiting, they told us to go to a motel and would switch trucks the next day. Not only did we sit in a parking lot all day, we had just filled the truck with gas only to let it sit and then have to fill new truck the next day. Very disappointed. Very frustrating. Then to top it all off, I got charged $500 more than it was supposed to be. So I lost a day on the road, a tank of gas, and charged too much. I wont be recommending them.
