jeanette cI have had a negative experience in the past with U-Haul in Ontario as vehicle not avaialable when requested at location requirded and a call day before advising me to drive over and hour away to get vehicle at a different location. But I can honestly say, the service provided by South River Storage and Rentals has won my trust and faith back for U-Haul. Sean's email communication was terrific. I will definately use and recommend U-Haul. Vehicle was clean and available as requested. Thank you again Sean for helping ensure our requirements were met and exceeded.
