The back of the van was clean. The front, where the driver and passenger sit, needs some TLC. Overall, the experience with reserving online, picking up and returning the vehicle was very nice. Customer Service was welcoming and friendly and, we were taken care of right away. We are pleased with our experience.

They are charging me for miles I didn't use. The miles I earned were no more than 30, and they charged me for 244 miles. The keys weren't in their usual place Problems uploading photos to the system
