Explain that it is in a office building not a lot. Felt a bit odd picking up.
VICKI HMy concern with this location is that it is very, very, very hard to find. My rental confirmation didn't specify that this was a mobile pick-up. No one is on site if you have issues (for example, I could not get the lock box open to retrieve the key at first, as it was very hard to open). I will continue to rent from U-Haul when needed, but I would not rent from this location again or recommend it to anyone.

FRANK PThe process to rent the uhaul over the weekend was unacceptable. The 24/7 policy is a joke! I will never use you again after hours! I will only use you during hours that a human is available to give me keys and take them back! Horrible experience!!!!! And I was over charged and I have wait until you open to fix it!
