The process to rent the uhaul over the weekend was unacceptable. The 24/7 policy is a joke! I will never use you again after hours! I will only use you during hours that a human is available to give me keys and take them back! Horrible experience!!!!! And I was over charged and I have wait until you open to fix it!

MEIR Athe app is poorly constructed. at 8pm in an area that has no lighting the app is wanting picture. the app was cumbersome and not user friendly. didn’t get the code had to call for assistance then I was over charged at the end
