The location was good and the truck drove well. A few comments to consider: 1) The app does not work well. I could not start the check in process until I arrived. Once I arrived, I had to wait to be verified. The verification process should be done ahead of time. 2) The truck was clean in general, but the cup holders were full of sticky grime from somebody previously spilling drinks. 3) Gas was not full, so it is a judgment as to whether I returned it at the same level, so I added a little extra. I think it should be a requirement that it is returned full and you start with a full tank.
