The parking situation makes no sense. To pull out the very lengthy truck. It has to be backed out and completely turned around from the direction parked.

shawn gSnow hit over 7 days ago and lot was covered with snow and ice cyst cars and trucks were stuck was charged for over 140 miles on a local move have pic of odometer to prove it but have to wait to talk with a district supervisor to refund my money truck had 20miles to empty on fuel when I got keys (a hour after arriving) was not the size truck I reserved and it was frozen solid had to clean it myself terrible U-Haul experience I rent 5-8 trucks a year never had a issue until now I would rather pay a few more bucks for Penske than do that agin
