There was only one person there to help. He was great but he also had to ring up his customers inside the mini mart so it took a little longer because I had issues with the Uhaul app

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI'm a little frustrated with this rental. I left no garbage on the inside of the truck and was not dirty. I swept the back of the truck and was cleaner than when I received. I have never been charged a cleaning fee. But this place did. I gave them a shot instead of my usual place. Might just have to go back to my usual place. I use uhauls often and 15 bucks each time would add up.
JOSHUA MOver all a terrible experience. Truck had a hole in the gas tank, had to wait over 2 hours for repair. Customer service was rude.
