Each time that I rent a U-Haul truck or trailer, I rented from lacrosse. Each time I get told it’s going to be at Sparta 24 hours ahead of when I’m supposed to be picking it up. The smartest staff is very helpful and accommodating however picking it up in Sparta coming back to Onalaska and then taking it back to Sparta and coming back to Onalaska obviously increases the cost of my rental and also it’s about $15-$18 in gas in my Jeep. It is a huge inconvenience to go to Sparta to get the equipment that I rented two months ago and was told I would be getting it from Lagrasse. Someone needs to do better bookkeeping and know what they have on hand and how much they can rent and where the pick up is going to be. In the future, I will probably find someone with a large trailer or I will find someone with a pick up truck that I can rent from them. Extremely disappointing

Although the nation wide U-Haul computer system was “down” during my pickup, the staff was polite and kept me informed while they entered all of the necessary information.
JOE BThe staff were so nice, I’ll be happy to rent from them again!!
SETH MThe staff and service at this location are incredible. They even started it for me and warmed it up as its cold now in my city. They made us feel special
JEFFREY MWell it is 20 miles roughly from Sparta to Tomah and there is no U-Haul pickup in Tomah then it is 78 miles from Tomah wi to Minnesota city mn and they only give 63 free miles I’ve rented U-Haul 6 or more times for one way moves this just seems like a way for the company to make more money I don’t know why they would charge a little extra and give enough miles to make the trip without going over your miles
