The person had no clue as to a reservstion was made prior via phone. Mass confussions. Just to rent the smallest box u haul.

The Uhaul counter guy at the location was exceptional. The reservation process was a nightmare. they changed my reservation from 9am to 3pm and at a location 30 miles away. The truck had a bad tire when I got it. Had to call Roadside assistance. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. It literally ruined my entire moving day plans.

The vehicle that was rented needs front end work. It consistently pulled to the right & was unstable in the front end. It was not a vehicle anyone would ever want to drive on a long trip as you had to turn the steering wheel left to go straight,

Providing the equipment reserved would be a good start. It did all work out but I was not overly happy to start out. Reserved a 20 ft. truck 3 weeks in advance and ended up with a 10 ft truck with a 6 x 12 trailer.
