The truck we reserved was unavailable and we were sent to two locations to pick it up but neither had it so we had to rent a smaller truck. The provider said the truck had a full tank of gas. It did not. It had a half tank. The. We received a bill for an overage of 8000 miles which we somehow drove in the less than 28 hours we had the truck which is geographically impossible. If we drive at 60 mph non-stop it would take 106 hours to drive that many miles. When I called customer service instead of correcting an obvious mistake. We drove 176 miles I was told someone would get back to me within three days.
Jeanne SReservation was at 9am to pick up U-Haul. Had to wait an hr for place to open at 10am. No one said anything about not being able to pick it up until 10am. Dude also didn’t give me the moving blankets I ordered.
