The people at the facilities were extremely friendly and helpful but I would have your trucks inspected and maintenance before letting people take them. The truck was great til I got closer to Florida and the valve stem was bad and never changed when you changed the tires which is odd and that could’ve caused a huge accident thank god we were at a hotel and the truck be we wanted to start I had to always play with gear shifter horrible horrible experience

Scott EDropped off the trailer and they said that they were not expecting me until tomorrow. After unhitching the trailer, I asked for a refund and they then said that all Uhaul will say is thank you for your rental ! End of story.....I am not at all happy with your rip off company ! David Herdt
