Did not deal with personnel, location closed at drop off. However, the App sucks for drop off! The location never works. Scanning the impossible to find bar code did not work (bar code not located where the app said it was!) Way frustrating and too difficult! This needs work

Very Friendly and professional, recommended to anyone
JOHN PI would have like more accuracy on the initial contract. We told the agent that we lived in Palmetto FL which should have been confirmed by the address on my drivers license. We told her that we could take it to either Palmetto or Bradenton but she entered Palm Coast so ultimately it cost us ~$10 for delivering to a different location.
GEORGE PKaylee's service and her location is excellent, and should be commended. The backend call center support logistics U haul uses with babbling foreigners/foreign born staff is the only big problem with your company that causes strife and confusion, as was the case with my Nov 2024 rental. My 2025 rental with Kaylee was excellent
