Consider making pick up locations an option for your customers, rather than the customer having to drive long distances to get a truck. Bring a truck to a more convenient location would add value to your customer service. Truck had 3 inches of ice and snow on windshield. Was told gas tank was full , gas tank was not full, have pictures. Rear door was froze shut, took 30mins banging on it to get it to open . Told the guy evetything when returned truck, didnt really seem to care .
RONALD DBuried in snow, no support. Told to pull it out of the snow and bring it up to the gas bar for pictures. Took the payment was the only support provided.
Thomas SThe person helping was nice and helpful. But the truck had 8 inches of snow on it and the back door was frozen shut. Took us 30 minutes with a small sledge hammer and buckets of hot water to open the back door. Really is horrible when you set a pickup time but are forced to spend your own time doing something that should already have been done.
