Crackheads outside so they lock the doors but this means the people who rented u haul also can't get in, meaning I wasn't sure if I was at the correct place. Also reception guy was kind of rude when I confronted him about this. Also truck was nearly empty when i got it, I had to fill it up after a couple blocks

The car smell was so bad, also they charged me $63.31 but the total amount that I received by email was $55.03. Anyway thanks

MARTIN BThe vehicle and equipment were fine. No complaints there. However, for the second time at this same location, I had a serious issue with how they handled the fuel charge. On my first rental, they didn’t say anything at drop-off and later charged me an outrageous fee claiming the gas wasn’t properly filled. Fortunately, I had taken photos before and after the rental, and U-Haul refunded me once I provided proof. Now it has happened again. They claimed they gave me the truck with a quarter tank of gas, which was simply not true. I had to stand at the counter and show them photos of the fuel level when I picked up the truck, as well as photos after I refueled it. Instead of correcting the mistake, the employee argued with me about what clearly appeared in the photos. I then had to further defend myself by pointing out that the tank was actually higher than when I received it. This is stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. Having to defend yourself with evidence just to avoid being overcharged is unacceptable. After two identical incidents at the same location, it feels systematic. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
