Charged on unnecessary fuel costs only used 10km return trip was charged on mileage as well. Dishonest third party business.

John NThe employee told me I could return the van to any uhaul dealer. I planned my trip around this and was later told I needed to return the van to the original pick up location. This was a big inconvenience.
STEPHEN DCustomer service is awful. When I questioned their customer service his reply was as “you know this a hotel” meaning this is not a U-haul office
