I was charged for furniture pads I never received despite telling the service representative multiple times that I never received them. Terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The truck was very dusty and not vacuumed and smelt dirty. The facility washrooms was not clean either. But both gentlemen I dealt with were very kind and efficient.

Richard WThis location is in downtown Hamilton at a very seedy hotel. I was very nervous about leaving my personal vehicle there to be honest ( which I also had to pay a parking fee at ?!!! )
John MThe hotel manager, very nice. Police was there hauling someone away. Mileage wasn’t what it said it was. Only used 12 kilometres. Charged for more. Could not upload any photos to website. Floors dirty in van.
