This location refuses to print you a contract at the time that you get the truck. They always say they will email the estimate and then they never gave you an actual invoice. The mileage is nine times out of 10 wrong and the gas gauge is always marked wrong too. Twice now we’ve had to go to the district manager to get a refund for discrepancies. The employees are always rude and argumentative and actually dismissed us with their hands before The only reason we use them again is if trucks are all rented everywhere else and because they’re half a block from our house

Truck was parked in spot that was very tough to get out of. Multiple cars around and behind truck. 15 foot Truck with 16 feet of clearance behind in order to get out. Truck was not cleaned and had damage. Check engine light went on while driving.

As we were waiting to get out U-Haul - people experiencing homelessness came in asked for someone by their first name disappeared into the building and then came back and left. The U-Haul did not come with a lock and it was to . We called and were told it wasn’t their issue. We had to scramble and find a lock just as we had a full load and we waiting to leave . When we came back to return it . The doors to the location which we thought was hotel were locked . I called the number and no one answered . I looked inside and no one was at the front desk . I had to wait in the U-Haul . Called the number again and was told someone would be there in 2 min . Someone did show up and we returned the key . Just as an aside - guests came downstairs and said their room was disgusting and they could not stay .i looked on the website and it is not a place to stay . No one did a pre inspection or post inspection of the vehicle as well. The U-Haul itself was perfectly fine . Just an aside when choosing locations to contract to . I was not comfortable there and my husband had to come with me . The front desk person was kind but I am not sure what activities were actually going on there or the clientele that come to visit them. . My husband felt the need to come in with me as I did feel uncomfortable .

Sean LGuy tried to scam me, as he successfully did many others judging by the Google reviews. Got the truck with just under a quarter tank and took it 19km, after which I put $20 of gas in, to bring it to just OVER a quarter tank. He tried to charge me a refuelling fee and said I needed to put $35 more fuel into it. Clearly 19km does not cost $55 of fuel, let alone the exorbitant refuelling fee. He then tried everything possible to lie about emailing me paperwork, receipt and contract, twice. Tried blaming it on me. Miraculously, the paperwork when through when I forcibly watched him do it. He only budged on these when I got a POLICE OFFICER involved. Avoid at all costs, and I will be avoiding all U-Haul locations since they seemingly allow this to happen. Check the Google reviews.
