I had to spend so much time uploading vehicle drop off pictures yet it threw error all the time. Finally I had to take the help of support team to upload the pictures. It took almost 30 minute to do this process. It was very inconvenient. On top of that. I faced two more issues that uhaul can work on. Uhaul didn allow me to take insurance after the pick up was made. It should be flexible. Secondly, I was told drop off location cannot be changed.
