I had to get the truck at a different address from the location where I rented it. Returning the truck online was not a problem, but returning the key was a problem. I was not given any instructions as to what the code for the key box was or how to return the key. I called customer service, and she tried to help me, but the box that she described was not the kind of box at this location. I had to put the key through a slot in the door where mail is delivered.
