I reserved a tow dolly from Uhaul @ WK Appliance to move a vehicle, 3 weeks in advance. I get a call the day before the reservation from Uhaul corporate saying it is no longer available, and the closest location is almost 40 miles away that has one. Terrible customer service. What was the point in making a reservation in advance? Why bother making a reservation if they don't keep it and just cancel it.

Ed Srunning lights in the back of the trailer were not functioning on the right side; the facility knew this when they hooked us up - additionally the latch on the trailer was clearly bent and took significant force to close the latch - other wise the reservation staff was helpful in reviewing the best cost options and completing the reservation.
