The only bummer with my rental is that my Drop-Off location was changed because my contract drop location had too much equipment. That’s not my problem, I don’t work for U-Haul to move your equipment around for you.

SUSAN BCustomer service at both spooner and Hayward WK appliance locations was amazing. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, thank you! The truck was a nightmare to drive. I am a very experienced big rig driver and this truck was a torture device.
Steven WI think they should take the trucks out for a drive on the highway once in a while. The truck I had was exhausting to drive do loose steering, I wasn't able to adjust the mirrors to see properly behind me. I would not want to drive this particular truck more than the 50 miles I did.
