There could have been more explanation about the U-Haul pickup text and how that worked to submit photos. There were two spots on the vehicle that had damage. (one I noticed during pickup and one I noticed later-fortunately the photo I took showed the damage at time of pickup). In the past, these damaged areas were marked by someone…not sure who is responsible to do this, but neither were marked.

David TRented the Toy Hauler. Everything was ready when we arrived. Polite, with great customer service. The best part was being greeted by the sweetest dog.
Robert VThis is not a straightforward answer just for WK Appliance. Even though I made my reservation at another pickup location weeks in advance, I was called by UHaul the day before to tell me that I needed to pickup the truck 3 hours away. So I spent 6 hours of the day picking up and dropping off the truck. The only knock against WK is that they called the next morning asking me when I was going to drop off the truck. It was dropped off the night before in the same location as where I picked it up. I put the keys in the drop box marked UHaul. Did they not check?
