This is not a straightforward answer just for WK Appliance. Even though I made my reservation at another pickup location weeks in advance, I was called by UHaul the day before to tell me that I needed to pickup the truck 3 hours away. So I spent 6 hours of the day picking up and dropping off the truck. The only knock against WK is that they called the next morning asking me when I was going to drop off the truck. It was dropped off the night before in the same location as where I picked it up. I put the keys in the drop box marked UHaul. Did they not check?

GEOFFREY JPick up was great. Trailer was there waiting for me. Had to return within the timeframe but had to return after hours. Didn’t realize or was told to down load the app to get the return process after hours. Called on monday morning to let them know I was unaware. All was good though.
Brian HOn line registration is a waste of time
