I told them the air conditioning never worked the entire trip and they didn’t say a word as to possibly reducing the price of my rental because of the lack of air
MARK MDidn’t have the blankets ordered. Furniture suffered damage as a result.
JOEL ETook over an hour and a half to get the key because the app is a piece of junk had to leave my motorcycle there and assumed that the place was secured and somebody stole my saddlebags from WK appliances in Spooner Wisconsin. There's no security to watch the vehicles or the rentals the owner and the employees were absolutely rude and unhelpful and I will never ever ever do business with either if you again because nobody seems to want to do a f****** thing about. $250 Saddleback stole from right in front of this business and nobody has any security footage or anything and nobody is willing to do a damn thing about it. You get zero Stars your customer service sucks and the people who you have renting your vehicles are total assholes shame on you
