JOEL ETook over an hour and a half to get the key because the app is a piece of junk had to leave my motorcycle there and assumed that the place was secured and somebody stole my saddlebags from WK appliances in Spooner Wisconsin. There's no security to watch the vehicles or the rentals the owner and the employees were absolutely rude and unhelpful and I will never ever ever do business with either if you again because nobody seems to want to do a f****** thing about. $250 Saddleback stole from right in front of this business and nobody has any security footage or anything and nobody is willing to do a damn thing about it. You get zero Stars your customer service sucks and the people who you have renting your vehicles are total assholes shame on you

Fred JHad my doubts at first when ordering a 4x8 trailer at the Spooner location. I noticed they had available trailers there but was informed later by uhaul that the trailers that were there were for one way not in-town use. Which was what I needed. I ordered a few weeks in advance to make sure they had what I needed at Spooner when the time came. They did when my pick up date came. All went well! In fact due to unfortunate circumstances I needed to extend my order by two days. The people at the Spooner location were very accommodating in helping me out. Thanks so much! I will definitely recommend to others.

DAVID CThis is the second time I am charged for an appliance dolly and it wasn’t available….. this time however I was able to take the uhaul, drive to another location and ask for one. Frustrating part is that I was then charged for extra mileage when returning the truck… I wouldn’t has to drive the extra miles, if the equipment I ordered was in the truck in the first place!! So the $15 dolly ended up costing me $40+ extra in mileage charge. That’s not cool at all.
Mikkel KWhen we told them and showed them the truck they immediately called U Haul to try and get our problem rectified since we answered the questions on the mobile app truthfully we were charged a cleaning fee and a gas fee. When I called U Haul the day prior to returning they said to only fill it to where it was when we picked it up. The lady at this location was super helpful and apologetic.
tasha sOne of WK's employees on the trailer rentals wouldn't let a trailer go out with a non-functioning taillight or turn signal. That shows true loyalty to their customer(s). I am always happy to rent U-hauls from WK appliances

Mark HThis was the typical side job for this business, didn't really know how to use the computer for checkin when I dropped of the trailer, hours not really customer friendly, they charge extra for after hour drop off, no help in unhooking trailer. Find a new vendor that is interested in providing service for the u-haul customer, like the folks where I picked the trailer up at.
