Pick up was great. Trailer was there waiting for me. Had to return within the timeframe but had to return after hours. Didn’t realize or was told to down load the app to get the return process after hours. Called on monday morning to let them know I was unaware. All was good though.
Brian HOn line registration is a waste of time
David WIt is kind of ridiculous that the trailers don't have jacks to keep the tongue off the ground. The busness had to have someone with a scissor jack and drill help us to hook the trailer up. We could not remove the trailer easily to use the vehicle and thank goodness I had someone else with me to help unhook it as the business was closed for drop off and I would have never been able to lift the trailer off the hitch myself.
