Hours listed it as open. No personnel there to turn in key. I had to call the number from my contract and person instructed me to take a pic of the dashboard with mileage and fuel gage in pic. Key drop box was behind a dumpster near loading dock but not clearly visible. I had to text the pic to the number he gave. Not very smooth. I was there on Friday at 2:00 pm

The guy who loaded my car did it improperly and the car came loose and damaged my car. The whole car almost came off the trailer.
KEVIN WSeems a little sketchy. Leaving keys in a box and no one there during office hours. Hope that I don’t have any issues with the return, but I did take plenty of pictures.
