Attendant was not very friendly. She made me feel as if I was bothering her.
MICHAEL GThe back of the truck was not clean, as I was expected to (and did) return it. I was charged for an extra day, when I only had the truck for 8.5 hours on the same day. Neither Uhaul nor Klein Mini Storage has bothered to reply to my email communication attempts, regarding the extra day charge.
