I was forced to buy the insurance that I didn’t want. The app gave me an option not to buy it but the rep at pick up said that it was mandatory and added it into my contract. The vehicle itself was excellent.

Not a major issue but no one was in the office even though I picked up the truck during listed business hours and no one answered the phone when needing the lock combination to get the truck keys. But I was able to get the code from Uhaul customer service.

Jeffrey DEverything to set up wasn't working correctly. Gas hand was wrong and air tire pressure stayed on. Charged for gas that I put back. Texas has not been good to me so I expected no less
