Please don't randomly change the return location without telling the customer and giving them the option to accept or reject the change. We were forced to go nearly 12 miles out of the way for no apparent reason.

It was ok
Keith FThe truck had no AC and did not have any of the equipment i requested to rent when I arrived. This was not the location I requested, so my reservation was changed here. Then my drop-off time was effected today.
Isabelle EIt is 140 miles from one house to the other, then 14 miles more to return the truck...yet I was given 142 miles to make 158 mile trip and charged extra to for the miles it took to return the vehicle. That's pretty fucking stupid.
