Sam GI did not receive equipment I was billed for and then the drop off location hassled me for not having the issue resolved before I left. I called uhaul and did everything I could to resolve the issue and was still treated poorly. O really, I was pretty disappointed with the mobile process,
Tor LI was extremely over charged and the truck was dirty when I got it with a cracked windshield the employee in the office was very unhelpful and rude I need a refund for everything that was double charged plus I didn’t get furniture pads or a furniture dolly which I was promised twice those charges were to have been removed from the bill
