There is no cellular service in the area so self check in of equipment is impossible. I wasted almost an hour trying to get my equipment checked in with the app using wifi from the nearby gym and the app wouldn't work. I had to call customer service and send pictures to prove I checked it in before time. The location was a service station and they were fine but unaware I was dropping off equipment

TIMOTHY FMake sure the customer before us sweeps out the back. Clean the ice and snow off of the vehicle so the ramp doesn’t freeze up.
Timothy LAlthough it's a convenience store / gas station with extended hours, the people who are qualified to rent out vehicles are only there sporadically so it's sometimes frustrating to arrive during business hours and not have a rental agent on site.
